उसकी यादें भी, मुलाकातें भी वो आधी आधी बातें भी वो संगम किनारे जाना भी वो उससे जख्म छिपाना भी सब इश्कनुमा है वो चुपके से उसे ताकना भी यादों में उसकी जागना भी वो उससे बातें करना भी वो सच कहने से डरना भी सब इश्कनुमा है वो तेरी आंख का काजल हो या तेरी जुल्फों के बादल हों वो हाथ में तेरा हाथ हो या मेरे कोई भी जज्बात हों सब इश्कनुमा है वो खामोशी में हमारी बातें हों वो बस आंखों को पढ़ना हो आंखें सबकुछ कह देती हैं मेरा तुझमें वो खोया रहना हो सब इश्कनुमा है मिलने का कोई बहाना हो या तुझसे मिलने जाना हो चाहे जोरों की बारिश हो या गर्मी का वो तपाना हो वो कड़क ठंड का कोहरा हो या मिलना रहे अधूरा वो सब इश्क़ नुमा है यह चांद भी वह दाग भी, यह गर्मियां वह आग भी यह दूरियां मेहताब भी उसका छूना भी दूर होना भी सब इश्क नुमा है उसका रूठना भी मनाना भी गुस्सा करना चिल्लाना भी उसका रोना और अश्क छिपाना भी मेरे साथ में होकर चुप रहना आंखों से सब कह जाना भी सब इश्क नुमा है।
