Behind The Scenes!

Akash: "Adieu! (waiving his hand in the air and going to outside)"
Simmy: "Wait for some time. (Simmy is silent. Apparently, she is busy with the letters. Sqaure off! Staring at him )"
Akash: "No, Goodbye! I have to go. See you soon (coming near to her, shakes hands and he walks out while speaking)."
Curtains closed, play ends. Audience were shouting, hooting, clapping and giving standing ovations to the artist in their respect.
The atmosphere of the theatre is amazing. Some audience were departing while others were waiting for the guest's speech. Chief guest Abhinav Kashyap, who is a popular director, producer from the Bollywood industry, came to the stage and congratulated the artists for their successful play. Encourages them during his speech and gives them awards. He announces, "The best artist performance awards goes to Simmy!" She was very happy and goes to stage to collect her awards, whereas at same time in the back stage some co-artists we're disusing "You know she got this one (pointing to the award) because she is the daughter of actor Kushal Maurya"
"Ya, Ya! I Know Haha (giggles and laughter continues as they continue to gossip about Simmy and nepotism)"
So, when we talk about nepotism, the very first question that comes in our mind is what actually it is? Nepotism is nothing but it's a type of favoritism which is granted to relatives in various fields as in politics, business, Bollywood and also at times in the corporate world. Nepotism can be the unfair advantages to the members. Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan entered in the film industry around the same time and have rewritten the rules of Bollywood. The Khans have ruled Bollywood for the best part of last 30 years. They gave hits after hits and showed no signs of slowing down. Shahrukh Khan's parents are Taj Mohammed Khan, an Indian freedom fighter hailing from Peshawar and Lateef Fatima. Major General Shah Nawaz Khan of the Janjua Rajput community adopted Lateef Fatima as his daughter. Salman's Dad was an amazing movie script writer. His dad’s name was Abdul Rashid Salim. They both are completely opposite, one is an outsider, Shahrukh, and the other is a starkid, Salman. Still they rewritten the rules of Bollywood.

Being a starkid, only Salman is not getting movie, they also gave the opportunity to Shahrukh Khan. Why? because it's depends on opportunities and opportunity depends on "how you work" It doesn't matter whether you are outsider or starkid. In industry, success depends on how much opportunity one gets, on their acting skills, on their capability. Nothing can spoil anyone's career, not even this word nepotism. If you are skilled, why will no one want to work with you. If you're not getting work in such a broad industry, it doesn't mean it's because of nepotism. It may be possible you are not that much skilled, you are not fit for that role. Stop making excuses work on yourself maybe you'll get that role!
Anushka Sharma is an Indian actress. She won the Filmfare award for best supporting Actress for her performance in the 2012 romantic drama 'Jab Tak Hai Jaan.' She has received seven more Filmfare award nominations, including Best actress for 'Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi,' 'Baand Baaja Baarat,' 'NH10,' and 'Aye Dil Hai Mushkil.'
Once Anushka Sharma said in interview "if you are doing well, people will want to work with you, and if you do not doing well, then whatever you are, whether someone's son, daughter, people will not want to work with you."
Uday Chopra's list of connections in Bollywood is longer than his successful films. He is the son of Yash Chopra and brother of Aditya Chopra. His extended family includes Rani Mukherji, Karan Johar, and Vidhu Vinod Chopra. He kept getting many chances but still failed terribly.
Tushar Kapoor: Other than the Golmaal series, I doubt Tusshar played a role that was significant or popular enough! He is the son of veteran actor Jeetendra and Ekta Kapoor's younger brother. He has worked in several movies but in supporting roles.
Athiya Shetty: She is the daughter of famous actor Suneil Shetty. She made her debut with 'Hero' in 2015 which was produced by Salman Khan. Though she was launched by Salman and is the daughter of a famous actor, her career didn't take off as of yet and I doubt it'll ever happen.
Varun Dhawan: He's the son of famous producer David Dhawan and was launched in Bollywood through Karan Johar's ‘Student Of The Year.' He has proved his acting capabilities and is a huge star with a female fan following.
