Falling From The Sky

Falling from the red sky the angel glanced up at the blaring sky.

Heads peaked down at her, eyes glaring with loath and distaste.

Imploring her weak hands upwards, she tried going back home.

Thunder was heard; lightning was seen. She was peaceful. She had to pay the price.

Her clothes were tattered, her white robes were black now.

Filled with dirt and murk. She was punished, just the ritual of following her tainted desires.

Covering her naked flesh, she began standing up.

Her weak limps gave up, she fell down. She was no longer an angel.

She was now a fresh, bag of fresh and bones.

A caricature, ready to sin and repeat.
